WE CREATED THESE AWARDS SO THAT WE CAN PRESENT
IT TO SITES THAT PROMOTE AUTISM/DISABILITY AWARENESS.

THERE ARE A FEW REQUIREMENTS FOR THESE AWARDS.

Awards are for sites that promote Autism/Disability Awareness in some way
shape or form.

Use the form below to submit your site and a description of what your site
is about. Don't forget to send the url so that I can view the site. I do take
the time to view each and every page.

Do not change the size or distort the image.

If you receive the award, you must upload the image
to your own server. You MUST then provide a link back to Ariel's Homepage so that others can apply as well. If you do not
intend on providing a link back then please do not apply.
